LCI Education is an international network of higher education institutions that empower and connect communities worldwide. Located today on five continents, LCI Education successfully oversees 23 higher education campuses and a faculty of nearly 3,500 dedicated to teaching 17,000 students yearly. LCI also provides solutions to workforce, working in partnership with clients to deliver corporate training solutions using state-of-the-art and emerging technologies.
A Blueprint for Success
LCI Education came to Fishtank with a need for UX and technical strategy. Understanding that their current websites are not aging well, their loading speeds are problematic, and they are increasingly difficult to maintain, we helped them with a strategic rebuild and reimagining of their websites. We rebuilt their UX across a number of aspects of their business such as their 13 campus websites, their corporate website, their portfolio application, their agent portal, their B2B corporate service website, as well as a presentation builder application. For each of these sites, we did extensive UX and technical research to ensure that each one was up to standard and was the most efficient from a technical side and the most engaging from a UX side.
Strategizing for the Future
Alongside our redesign of LCI's user experience, we collaborated with them to improve their current content and marketing strategy. As we reviewed, we pinpointed strengths and identified areas for improvement. Following our review, we presented our findings and offered actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing LCI's content creation and marketing strategies. This roadmap provided a path forward for enhancing online presence and accomplishing business objectives more effectively.
