Frustrations in the Courtroom
Fasken first engaged our team as they were looking for a partner to upgrade their Sitecore and Coveo instances to the latest versions, as the previous versions of the two technologies’ extended support window was ending. The technologies were also slowly starting to cause problems for Fasken’s website, creating a frustrating experience for internal and external users; they knew it was time for an upgrade. Fasken also struggled as they didn’t have the resources available internally to allocate to working on the needs of the website, sparking the need for an external partner so they could focus on the business objectives that meant the most.
Taking on the Case of Digital Transformation
We were happy to take on the challenges Fasken had to relieve the frustrations with their digital technologies. Upgrading both their Sitecore and Coveo instances, we ensured the frustrations from an outdated platform were no longer a problem. This upgrade also ensured that Fasken was within a new extended support window. However, we extended our partnership with Fasken, and now they never have to worry about an extended support window again. Acting as an all-encompassing partner to Fasken, we took on the responsibility of being there when they needed it most and ensuring all of their web technologies were up to date, among other provided services.
Upgrading Away From Prior Frustrations
After our work, Fasken now has upgraded web technologies that are no longer causing frustrations to its business. Fasken can now take advantage of all the benefits these newly upgraded systems bring while ensuring a modern, scalable, and future-proof solution to their problem. Our collaboration on this project led to a partnership between Fasken and Fishtank. This partnership gives Fasken the peace of mind they need, knowing that if anything were to go wrong with their technologies we’d be there to support them. This also allows Fasken to focus on what matters most in their business and continue to strive towards their business objectives without the worry or frustration that comes from web technologies.
